Occupancy
Maximum occupancy for this property shall not exceed twenty-two (22) persons at any time.
Equipment
Full use of dock and public lake are included and use of any and all marine equipment is excluded. Guests are invited to rent pontoons, ski boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes and fishing boats from nearby Oconee Wild or Young Harris Watersports.

Pets are not permitted.
